B.Features of Machine

 To graduate from professional uneven plates in the leveling and guide steel belt into the right place after working procedure.

Support rollers function : Make leveling roll force equilibrium, and can be reduced to the wear and tear from the roller .

Roller processing flow :Raw materials-conditioning quality-rough machining-hardening  -precision machined

Power part: This is composed of power stand, decelerator, direct-current speed adjustable motor: 45KW, electric cabinet, motor wheel, coupler, power distributing case, universal cross joint, 19+2 groups of spindle and connect cover, etc.

Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, frame, under-axle stand, sliding axle stand, 19pcs of leveling roller(roller diameterφ150mm),upper pressing frame, up and down supporting wheel stand, supporting wheel, mechanically lifting &

pressing device, accompany of two motors: 2.2KW
