A.Commodity:pipe making machine

32mm welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes of 8mm-20mm in OD and 0.5mm-1.5mm in wall thickness,  as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.

 

B.Specification of pipes

1.Pipe OD: 8mm-20mm           

   Square & rectangle tube: 8mm×8mm -15mm×15mm

   Thickness: 0.5mm-1.5mm

   Length: 6 -12m                         

   Tolerance: ±3mm

2. Raw Material:Carbon steel coil(GB Q195-Q345), Alloy steel coil,API 5L X42-X80

3. Production Speed:  20-80 m/min

4.Direction: left to right or right to left from operator`s side decided by customers.

 

C. The technical flow of the production line

Uncoiling→Shear & butt welding→Cage looping (Accumulating)→Forming → HFwelding→Removing outsied Bead →Cooling→Sizing→Cutting off→Conveying →Downloading → Packing →Warehousing
